205 Cj Failed It's Mot. Not Sure What To Do.

Well I managed to get the price down a fair bit but still feel ripped off. I did get the car back in time for work though. I will never leave my MOT till the last minute again!

 

Anyway, all seems good however the rear brakes are screeching with a high pitched whining noise quite often when I depress the brake. I didn't notice until I put the roof down recently. The screeching sounds as if they're sticking.

 

Could they have fitted the new brake shoes poorly or the new shoes could be cheap crap? Will a couple of days of firm braking cause the screeching to go away?

 

Really can't be chewed taking it back to the garage but if it persists I'll have to and kick off with them.
