What Parts Are Worth Selling?

Have just removed a low mileage 1.6 gti engine as I'm changing to a gti6 engine.

 

What bits are worth keeping he of to sell? I have given the head and block away but didn't know what parts still fetch a bit so that I can try and recoup a bit of cash!

 

Anything not worth bothering with I'll throw in with the engine!

The original air box and ducting (3 black large hoses and grille snout thingy) are worth selling on if youre going to use an aftermarket air filter. They always seem to sell well if in good condition.

Exhaust manifold is worth hanging on to if it's not cracked between the runners.

Test the water on ebay everything goes for what its worth with a 99p listing.

My mate scrapped Three (yes 3) mi16 engines with 2 205's for £150 thinking he was getting a good deal.

annoyed at him wasn't the word when I found out he got rid of them.

It was a few years ago now and I keep showing him the adverts for the engines on ebay just to wind him up!
