What are my options on a quick rack for a no pas early gti big reductions for track use would be good thanks in advance

highly unlikely you will get a proper 2.4 turn xsara rack from anywhere but a breaker.

The 2.6 xsara one is good too, it's what I have on mine and fair enough it's not a racecar but wouldn't have thought the extra .2 is a massive deal if you can't get the 2.4

All that I no is on snetterton with a standard gti rack i was working overtime

This. I run a WMMS converted 2.4 manual rack on my 205 and I was absolutely f***ed after a lap of the 'Ring (Don't think the plate diff helps either).

 

Going PAS 2.4 now.

Personally I think the 2.4 turn rack without power is borderline dangerous. It's that heavy that with tyres with any decent grip you potentially can't react quickly enough. Not for me! With power on they are great.

I did my first run Thursday with nsr2's loved them much more grip than my previous tyres and when the heavens opened the grip was still awesome could really push it so think I will pass on tha 2.4 turns will look at quaife based on what's been said
