Fuel Sender Seal

Hi all,

 

My fuel sender has decided to fail ive got a replacement but cant find a seal for it any where- does anybody know where I might get one?

use the old seal?

They are NLA from dealers, the old should be okay as above, do have some new ones if needed.

yeah I was thinking I would use the old seal- however I didn't want to remove it to find (a) it is perished/split etc, or ( has somehow been botched on by a previous owner leaving me with an un useable car.

 

farmer how much could I buy one for if I need to?

just swapped the sender out, easy job - I should have done it 12 months ago!

 

looks like the seal is ok however if I can smell fuel over then next few days I will get that seal off you farmer
