Fuel Level Sensor

Hi,

 

Does anyone have a fuel level sensor like this

lying around that they could measure for me - I need one for my Visa and wondered if it was the same as the 205 - the diameter of the flange and length below the flange are all I need.

The flange diameter is about 75mm, the main body diameter is about 50mm and the length below the flange is about 160mm.

Shame - they're not the same - Visa one is shorter. Wonder if I could shorten it and fudge the resistance change ...

What is the Citroen C15 one like?

C15 is the same part number as the BX, 92552015, picture "looks" like a 205 item.

oh, and then bunging that number into google brings a valeo number, which crosses to a 205.

I disagree, obsolete stock direct to buyer is how to get the best prices, afterall middlemen don't work for free. Eitherway,i don't wish to clutter this thread further with in dealer parts talk. I will gladly provide the contact details of the relevant dealer.

Still disagree with you as I have first hand experience, maybe the dealers do it for me for free as I know them..
