206 Gti Dummy Shock Lengths

As title really, ive another beam to build and could do with dummy shock lengths for a standard 206 gti or indeed a lowered one on standard bars.

is there any info in the haynes? and maybe a ratio of shock length to wheel movement like there is in the 205 haynes?
