Wiring Help Please

I am now going through the wiring loom for my car a couple of questions can you get the connections for the side lights as mine have been cut off also im teying to trace wires for wing mounted indicators as my dimma did not have them but would like to fit back cannot seem to find them on the wiring diagram or on my loom?.

Iirc the wing indicators are little bits of individual loom that plug into the main loom.

 

Scrappies for side light plugs?

As above - the side repeaters are on a mini-loom that connects to the brown 2-pin plugs for the indicators.

 

The side light plugs are 2-pin white plugs and are used on various 80/90's PSA models.

One per side - it's basically a glorified T-piece with a long length of wire to go to the side repeater.

Got all bits from scrap yard except the brake pad sensor wires as all were damaged so on the look out for them also does anyone know what type of terminal is in all the connectors as thinking of changing them all.

ok think i have all bits only strange thing is my loom has white connectors for the indicators and it does not fit the brown plug not sure if they have been changed due to car having morettes but luckily i picked up correct brown plugs so think i will just change them over just wondering if anyones else had come across them before.

does anyone know what size the terminals inside the connectors are as been looking in polevolt and they list different sizes.

They're only available from Peugeot AFAIK, the price is surprisingly high too!

so i cannot fit a 4.8 non insulated terminal into the cases?

where do you find the prices on service box as if i put numbers in for terminals nothing comes up.

If you go into the shopping cart there is a bit on the left column where you can add part numbers that are not in the database.

To give you an idea 6542 22 is 86p!

yep thanks found it will pop into pug on Monday and see what quantity I have to buy these in.

The smaller ones are quite cheap and come in bag's of 20, when you go above 1mm wire gauge they start getting expensive but in bag's of 5.

As with most thing's I;ve stocked up on these but they are used in other models so hopefully around a while longer

The 86p ones (6542.22) are the small ones! (0.5mm2)

Do you mean the medium ones? 1.0mm2 6542.19 at 'only' 56p each... I'm still very careful when I crimp them, it stings a bit every time you make a mistake and throw 50p in the bin.

The large ones, 6542 20 3.0mm2 are 90p.

 

Those are service box prices, I get a bit of a discount from my dealer but only about 10%.
