Wooden Steering Wheel

I love the classic style 3 spoke wooden steering wheels such as:

Been thinking about getting one for awhile. Has anyone got a picture of one fitted to a 205 or does anyone have any info regarding boss type's etc?

Thanks

Personally, I don't think the vintage style would work well in a 205. Then again, the 309 Goodwood one looked good, so not sure.

On a practical level, the only car I've driven with a wooden steering wheel was my Alfa 166, and although lovely, a smooth rim can be a bit slippery (and cold in winter).

The cars only on the road in spring/summer I know it's not practical but I just think they look the part, I may change my mind when I see it in the black plastic interior of a 205, nevertheless I'm tempted.

I should also say, it's not a permanent swap I'd still keep the original and it would go back on just for abit of fun when I fancy it

I had one on my old MX-5, and it was really odd in a late 80s, early 90s car.
