Rebuilding Rear Beam, Need Front Mount Bushings

Hello,

 

I have been searching for a while now for replacement front bushings for the rear beam and have only managed to find the solid mounts that BM Baker sells. Does anyone know of anybody selling poly bush replacements or even Oem bushings?

Febi Bilstein do a good quality replacement bush.

I've got some febi bushes for dcc's beam, they look good, they do differentiate between gti & van and base models as per peugeot original spec, time will tell how they last, much cheaper than solids and o.e (nfp afaik)

Febi bush 21819 is the one you need, as WP says, there are two different stiffnesses as per original.

The link above is the wrong part no. (Base model) and twice the price of the correct Febi bushes. 21819 are about a fiver each, and of course, you need 4.

Found the Febi ones on eBay so have them ordered.

 

Sadly my Lazer green 205 died a few weekends ago, the rot that had set in was way pass being a good idea to fix, shame really I loved that little car.

 

Did manage to buy a grey 1.6, I'm the second owner from new with 60,000 on the clock, been dry stored since 2002!!!

 

Currently stripping this ready for a nice rebuild.

I got those too, but could only get a pair as they only had 3 left.

Got the Febi bushings off Ebay, 4 for around £20 so not too bad

 

Just need the beam back from the powder coaters now.
