Odd Sized Wheel Centre Caps

Recommended Posts

allye

My wheels never came with centre caps, being group A Ford wheels I'm struggling to find centre caps for them. They are a 70mm diameter, made by OZ.

Any ideas? Can custom ones be made?

Thanks as usual, Ali

proper competition wheels dont use centre caps, not allowed, might be why you can't find them?

Not hard to have some made, easiest way would be some that fit in from the hub face side, but depends on the wheel. They are probably one of those things that will cost a fair bit though for what they actually are, machining time, then have anodised or whatever.

Would this be a job for a 3D printer?

I'd imagine there's a good chance the common substrates may not like heat due to how they are formed in the first place, but might be worth asking the question.
