Phase 1 Quick Rack Question?

Managed to source a rack not 100% it's a phase 1 it's a delco remy drs750

 

It's identical to look compared to my 306 rack however the lock to lock on it without ram fitted is exactly 3 turns which to me doesn't seem right as I've read it should be 2.2.

 

My 306 rack without the ram fitted is approx 3.5

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Fitted it anyway and much to my disappointment it's a standard pas rack so I'll be sending that back and sticking with the 306pas for the time being.
