Diesel And Turbo Diesel Gearbox

Diesel and turbo diesel gearboxs are these both the same?

 

After reading so many people saying they are perfect for the turbo 8v engine, ive seen a video today of a 106 doing 140mph lol, ok might be bollox or edited etc but its convinced me thats its got to be worth getting one.

 

I just dont want to get the wrong one if they are different.

turbo boxes tend to be longer, depends which car they come from

Most TD box's are at least 25mph per 1000rpm in 5th

the 306/405's I think are 26.6mph/1000 rpm, but on a 195 55 (worked from roughly 3k @ 80 mph)

Right so by the sounds of it diesel boxes arent really that good and the turbo diesel box is the one to go for

Get the turbo diesel box Andy, I did 135 mph last year coming back from the Nurburgring, well if the two 911's with me have accurate speedometers
