Revolution Wheels

Revolution wheels tend to be very heavy, although pretty much indestructible.

I managed to wreck my suspension when hitting a kerb, the wheel merely had a scratch.....!

What do you call very heavy? The wheels obviously work ok for Colin.

I definitely don't need Grp4 option, however, re-doing the studs to a more common PCD would open up a lot more wheel choices.

Can't comment on weight but I used them on various cars, escorts, midgets etc and as Stu says, very strong. For me a great looking wheel too..... look awesome on above said 205...

escorts are 108 in grp4 or 1 fit, also 8 or 9" et0 ish, so ideal for the front of a wider arched 205 as they are off the shelf.

I was looking into wheels like this once, think they are no heavier than your average alloy at around 7-8kg.

Good to see I am not the only one looking at getting these wheels.

Do you need longer studs/bolts to fit them though?

I am in the middle of a stud conversion, just dont know how big of a hole to drill to take a 13.1mm spline

You'll definitely need studs. I'm sticking with std. M12x1.25.

Would sleeved nuts also work, instead of using those group 4 studs?

I like the idea of a steel insert for added strength, but did not know the hole was bigger too.

Carl has been considering 14's but the main issue for him is that there hasn't been many enquiries and also there are sod all tyres available now in 14"

Price/weight has to be considered however. I'd love to be able to justify 300GBP per wheel, but that ain't gonna happen. Any suggestions for 15x8 ET0 (or less) is welcomed.
