Can anyone advise me on the specs (ie, diameter, thread pitch etc) of the external hardware that clamps the rear wiper motor/mount onto the outside of the tailgate please?

 

Is it just a washer and a nut, or a seal of some sort with a washer and nut, or what? All replies appreciated...!
