Engine Swapped - Now Got A Spare Wire

Recommended Posts

MikeAuto

Probably a daft question, but... I've swapped my 1.0 engine for a 1.4, and when I've come to put the wiring back its all gone ok apart from I've got one wire left over... It looks like an earth strap, but I don't know where it goes, I've attached one (short) earth strap to the gearbox. The "spare" wire comes from near the positive battery terminal and is about 60cm long.

any help would be much appreciated!

Near the positive? Colour and size would help. Do you have ignition?
