I've got a dturbo engine waiting to go in my 205 van too It just makes so much sense!

It does, lightly tweaked pump and a front mount will do for now!

 

Astra sportvan is the inspiration I suppose, still unsure if I want to keep the base model valances or not though.

Please say your fitting some larger rods

Hdi will last longer than standard rods, but they still have a risk of failing.

 

I've used them for a while now at 32psi of td04 boost, given them proper s*it too, lasted soo far
