Fuel Pressure Relay

Hi all,

i know they sit in a different location on the car but is there a difference in size or shape on the phase 1.5 relay compared to the ph1 ones?

never heard of one of those?

 

I guess you mean the fuel pump relay? early cars had them in a box on the ns chassis rail in front of the battery, later cars had them next to the ecu.

Yes sorry. I know they are in different places but was wondering if the shape or pins on the relay are any different?

All the Jetronic (non-CAT) one's are interchangeable and look very similar, black and about 2" long.

 

The Motronic (CAT) cars use a different type of fuel pump relay that's not interchangeable with Jetronic models.
