8V Turbo Problems

Hi all ,

My 8v turbo is having a few issues.

It started with a miss fire , so i checked the plugs and no 3 was wet. I changed the plugs and it seemed ok.

Went out for a drive and was ok for about half hour, then under full throttle at higher rpm it just dies. If I lift off the throttle it goes again.

It has also started stalling,on idle after a few mins of sitting there.

 

I have replaced the coil and idle control valve , still the same !

Any ideas ?

Iv put a new high flow pump on about 2 months ago along with new injectors

I've suddenly got this annoying problem too proper kicking back with random misfiring at top revs, doesnt cut out though.

This is now sorted , was a faulty map sensor !

map sensor is in the ecu?

Had same problem on my old 8v turbo, changed fuel pump and was fine :-)
