205 Gti Dash Loom

Hi guys can anyone help i have a 205 gti6 the engine loom is all good and works fine but my interior dash loom is a nightmare it keeps blowing the 3rd fuse in from the left the 25amp ive found that there is an earth going to it but unable to find it as i have chased all wires and it all seems to be connected right.

also my wipers and heaters are not working think this problem is related.
