Gaz Gha

I've got a set of gaz gha front coilovers and adjustable top mounts fitted on my 205 and I've got a issue with the adjuster part, if I was to fit the bonnet I'd have to raise it a little as the bonnet rests on the adjuster bit.

Has anyone else had similar issues as I even took the unit apart to see if it was built up incorrectly from factory but all seem ok it's just the length of the rod/adjuster

I'm not sure what spacers/sleeves you're running with your top mounts but (as long as there's enough thread) I'd just fit another spacer under the rose joint.

There wouldn't be enough thread if I spaced it out as the thread only just comes through the nylock. I'll try get a pic I think the adjustable mounts don't help the situation as that's adding height.

Those nuts are overkill IMO, a narrower one would be fine, some coilovers are supplied with them . The top spacer could also be made thinner to give more room, failing that some sleeved nuts so you can ditch the top spacer completely.

Lots of options buddy.

Here's a couple of pics to show you what I mean. You normally used sleeved nuts to fit short spindle dampers into rose jointed top mounts. These are some I made to suit our 306 top mounts.

Smaller nuts and thinner spacers would be the easiest method mind, I'm sure you don't need much more room?
