B11 BOB

I require a lot of electrical work on my car. However I would like to take it to someone that knows what they are doing.Due to the car having had the wiring butchered by several so called Peugeot specialists.I need someone to put everything right for me within the Midlands if possible. Can anyone recommend a good Peugeot electrician for me please.

Cheers

It is however to help you understand better it has a T16 engine fitted with a Emerald K6 ecu and a new loom for the engines running gear. The original loom has been tampered with and needs sorting out so I can everything working like it should.

Which loom are you looking at then? If it's the ECU loom then any mapping place can sort, Otherwise Shenpar in Melbourne way

The ecu loom is fully functional as the engine and car is running. However I have lost a lot of normal functions due to the original loom being taken out.The rev counter, speedometer, dash warning lights, temperature gauge and a few other wiring related issues. So I need someone who ideally knows the electrical layout on a 306 gti6 to make everything work on my car as it should do.I used to know someone who knew all the wires where they went by reading the coded numbers on the wire.Cant find him but there must be someone who can do this.Im very reluctant to take my car to any so called Peugeot specialists due to the issues I've had with them and I have been to a few hence why my wiring is in a mess.

Is the car side of the loom still intact? Ie the big round plugs in the engine bay still intact and the new engine loom is connected up to them?

The old engine loom should have been removed completely, If you can wait I have 2 T16 engine's at work I can make a engine bay loom up from a std 306 engine loom with the major wires removed, you would need to connect the Rev counter thou as its a feed from the ECU

Any auto electrician will do then as they're gonna have to start from scratch unless you put the loom back in.

We're currently using this guy for a build, not cheap though.
