Not measured a std 205 but based on other small fwd French hatchbacks it's probably around 85:15.

Well according to the brake rollers at my last MOT, I got 200 KgF at the front wheels and approx 75KgF at the rear wheels. (247mm vented front discs, 1.9 Gti rear disc setup, with standard compensators in the lines)

Simplify that down, and you get a ratio of 62:38.... so close enough to 60:40.

I think thats just till it locks on the roller, put it in a real world weight transfer situation and I would imagine itll be much higher.

Sure - The 'static' ratio is around 60:40... However the dynamic ratio? Who knows, not sure of a way of measuring that. However, in a dynamic situation, due to the fact you have a pressure limit on the rear brakes and the limit on the front is tyre slip, you'll probably see the ratio moving towards 80:20.
