Flaking Paint On Bumpers And Bodykit

What's the best to remove old flaky paint?

 

Thinners would melt the plastic? Wouldn't it?

 

Paint stripper would probably do the same??

An orbital sander, then retexturise the plastic?

I had to do this on something once and used a jet washer. It took a bit of time but I thought it did a good job got all the paint off.

I used wire wool and thinners when I had to do this years ago.
