Bit gay really but would just like to say a big thanks to speno on here!!

 

Finally have the car running perfect ticking over at 900rpm after taking the diesel lump out and putting a 1.9 gti lump back in.

 

So thanks speno the afm works a treat top member an true to his word! just a shame some of the traders arnt as honest.

Cheers chap no problem always good to get feedback ( sorry it took me while too I'm building another house so not always about)

I think that afm has never been played about with too , its got the original bung in the air/idle valve/screw

also the black top has never been off , many I've seen have been resealed with silicone

p.s the fed ex chap phoned me up to say you live on a farm in the middle of nowhere or something along those lines

Yeah I noticed that it's never been played with so fingers crossed it should be good for a few years.

 

Yep we live in the middle of nowhere with single track roads all around so loads of fun to be had.

 

How far on with your house are you? We've just bought a plot a few miles from where we live now.

Hi i'm currently rebuilding it tbh , but it feels like starting from scratch .

Should be a nice house when complete, will rent it for a year then probably sell on for a tidy sum :0)
