Door Hinges

Haven't had a good day!! Decided to change the hinge pins on the drivers side. Bottom came out first, no issues.

The top moved and then the removal tool sheared. This is where it goes down hill. I've then used an old screw driver to try and knock it through. This just got stuck and I've pulled the head off it, so it's stuck! I did try heat before I got the screwdriver stuck.

 

What to do now? Try drilling it all out, but by bit or just remove the entire hinge and replace it??

We had a similar issue before and failed to remove it in the end.

 

New hinges are NLA from Peugeot

I have part of an old shell, so I can unpick from there if need be. What a pain in the ass!
