Ignition Coil Lead - Stray Lead - Identification Please?

Anyone know what this lead is for? Changed my ht leads today and cant see anything that this plugs into! its on the same wire cluster as the vrbrown plug going into the ignition coil.

It is for a suppressor if you suffer from radio interference (a whine.) Normally it is disconnected.
