Anyone Had Any Problems Running Super Racing Blue Fluid

Recommended Posts

Ramigojag

Has anyone had any trouble after switching out there brake fluid for the racing blue stuff (I believe it is ATE).

Around this time last year i changed to all braided lines new rear wheel cylinders and the racing fluid.

All during last summer it was perfect brake pedal felt amazing, however towards the end of August i started getting a sticky front n/s wheel then i noticed a weeping master cylinder.

The pug comes off the road in September every year and I've been out cleaning it today and noticed it feels like its still sticking.

The pads and discs are fine less than 18 months on them with only about 3-4000 miles on them.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sounds like you need a new master and a caliper.

Suppose it can't hurt to change them, I've changed almost everything else

Thanks

Miles

None at all, I know I have around 4 cars with it in with no known issues over the last couple of years

That's fine then I've done what welshpug suggested ordered a new master cylinder and will order a new caliper but only when I'm ready to do it because of the surcharge.

The cars not exactly going anywhere
