Ash Tray Light

Installing my dash and I can't work out how the ash tray light works. Is it on permantely or is there a switch of some kind. I ask as I have the bulb holder but no plug for a switch to connect to ?

 

Any advice or pictures would be great.

It comes live with the side and headlights. It's not switched.

How does it fix into place. I can't seem to see where it fixes (round light holder square hole?) looked in service box but can't work it out

If looking from the front.

 

It's top right at the front next to the clock, I think.
