I'm need a Tuv for bilstein coilovers (I bouht it some years ago in group buy) or for Eibach springs.

Not sure what you mean by a Tuv...?

 

Do you mean you need to prove the are TUV approved for road use?

Send an email to the manufacturer, they should be able to supply a TUV certificate
