Can someone please tell me which quick shift on the market is the one to buy, constellas looks good but is completely different to bakers one. Does anyone have any experience With them ???? Thanks

I don't like them and tend to remove them and make the std linkages back to spec which works well, But the correct way is via the gear stick really (Stella and Compbrake same idea) but I know the latter bends due to it being alloy (No idea on the other),

You can lengthen the arm (But it needs extending allot to make any differance) or shorten the gear stick rod side, If you've got a 6 engine thou you cannot use the longer one's as they fowl the manifold

If you want to save some money, just make your own from moving the ball as said above towards the center and job done,

I'm in the same mindset as Miles, standard linkage refreshed is a joy to use, experienced so many hateful shortshifts.

However a Satchshift is epic.

This shows how long the arm needs to be for a aftermarket Q/S, it's why the shorter side has better results over a shorter distance

I had a Constella snap off at the base mid stage. s*ite.

Tried various iterations of quick shifts, gear rods, etc etc. Still never felt positive enough for me.

Fitted a Satchshift. Wow. Probably my favourite modification (and I have quite a few!). I can't see why you would ever want a sequential box in a 205 rally car after trying the "Satch". Epic.

Ok so satchshift is the only way foward. apparently I can see the don't make a be1 version so I'm guessing I would just need to adapt the cable to work somewhere else??

buy it from KAM racing, they do a lift up reverse collar for BE1.

They aren't £12k quicker in my opinion.
