Bilstein Rear Dampers. But Whuch Are Tgey?

Hi guys

 

Can anyone shed some light as to whuch dampers these bilstein rears are.? In a box of spares ive been given.

 

Numbers on both are. 1798BE561000T9

And below that number is 3600 2500 (damping rate?)
