Pas Pump With Integral Reservoir

Has anybody tried one of these pumps as used in the hdi on an RS conversion? I've only seen them on pictures, so don't know if they'd foul the bonnet or even if they mount in the same way..

Just thought it'd make a neater conversion if it fitted, and I could keep the jack in its OE position..

I mounted this to the top of the gearbox on my 205 Mi16. Works just fine. But you might be talking about an electric pump from the 407/307?

Not sure how the RS exhaust cam is and if it is possible to get an pas pulley on it.

Not exactly what you're asking, but another option might be a Vauxhall/Opel/Holden Astra EHPS with inbuilt reservoir as fitted to my 405. Pipe fittings same as original Pug ones too and easy to wire in. Oil is LDAS not ATF.

Gives great feel & feedback through the wheel.

the mountings on the pumps look the same, however I doubt it'll fit in the bay as the std RS pipework fouls the slam panel, quite likely the reservoir will be too tall.

you can keep the jack in the std place if you use the 205/309 reservoir.

What bracket have you used to mount that pump? It looks like the standard 405 one but i may be wrong.
