Mi16 Main Bearing, Where To Buy?

Hello,

I am just about to start the rebuild of my Mi16,

Need to buy some main bearings and ARP rod bolts. Can anyone reccomended where to buy from?

I have seen some on EBay, but it's not always the best place to buy from. Also has anyone used Nevlock Performance? They have the bearings for between £170 and £190 and £103 for the rod bolts.

Does that sound ok?

I used south wales pistons, iirc they were ACL and cost about £30 for the mains and £25 for big ends.

For mains and big ends bearings , can strongly recommend - "king bearings" : http://kingbearings.com/

Don't let the country of origin fools you (made in Israel) , nor the kinda poor looking package , they're excellent durable and very precision made bearings for both road and race engines .. in fact you can choose between race/track and road/street type .

 

Quite a lot of race engine builders also uses them/recommends them ..
