Rear Ride Height Measurement Confirmation

Hello All,

 

I'm trying to drop the rear ride height of my car by 30mm but I'm unsure what height to set the dummy shock absorber to. I've done a search and picked up conflicting answers, the more I read the more confused I become. Can anyone confirm a correct dummy shock length?

 

It's a standard 1.9 GTI beam.

312mm works well with most -30mm springs. That is centres.
