Fan Keeps Running... And Running

Just stopped at work and the low speed fan was running when I turned the car off - normal. Then went outside (luckily) 30mins later and it was still running on slow speed. It was all cold and no need for it to run. Pulled the grey fan connectors apart and it obviously stopped and didn't re-start when re connected again.

 

I am thinking I have a earth problem or possibly the thermo switch in the rad. I can't seem to find the wiring details - I know they are on here somewhere! Can someone link them to me so I can check it all out.

Ahh scrap that I have just remembered it is a separate loom from the shunt box should be able to work it all out easily.

Probably the thermoswitch indeed.

 

3 pin connector usually just below the top radiator hose, though on early cars its just above the bottom hose.
