306 Rear Arm Question

Recommended Posts

Mattr5uk

Just need to check I'm not missing something. I've fitted 306 rear arms onto a good rear beam I had I've used the beams original shafts and the torsion bars from my 1.9 axle but unlike the original arms the torsion bars aren't flush with where the offset washer sits so I've spaced it with a couple of washers for the moment. Can anyone confirm if this is just how they are or am I missing something?

Any advise on this is Much appreciated

You're doing it wrong buddy. The bars pull up to the offset washers and then you set the position/clearance with the screw/nut at the other end.

Go on the main website and have a look through the guide.

Thanks thought it would be something obvious. That didn't even cross my mind. They need to come out again when I fit that axle to set ride height so I'll set them then. Just got to find someone to respline the 306 arb not overly keen on cutting and welding it tbh.

Thanks agains
