309 Arms Rears

309 trailing arms run different toe and camber to 205 arms. From memory phase 1 309 gti arms are virtually identical but the phase 2 arms run more toe and just over 1 degree of neg camber. Base model 309 arms are different again

Just different really, very minimal variations but enough to warrant fitting in pairs.

It depends what 309 you got them from and what 205 they are going on as to if there are any differences

Im interested in this too... I built a 309 GTI spec beam from a base model beam (using the GTI tb's and 23mm arb) and used the base trailing arms as the shafts were really good, just wondering how the geometry differs now?

Has anyone actually confirmed the values for late 309 GTi's? I've owned several and stripped numerous beams, yet I've never seen one that has that amount of negative camber. The camber is obvious with ZX/306/Xsara arms and going by the values above, late 309's should be similar - yet I've not seen one that is.

 

I'm wondering if it's a mistake and those settings only apply to GTi-16's and all regular GTi's use the earlier 0.5 degree arms.
