Gti6 Flat Spot

I have a gti6 engine in my 309gti and when the car gets to about 5rpm it has a flat spot it's has all the power until then. Any help would be good

In my experience, having had pretty much the same issue, the best thing you can do is get it linked up to peugeot planet diagnostics. I wasted a lot of time and money changing sensors etc. before doing this and realising that it was an electrical problem caused by the alternator. Testing the voltage across the battery did not reveal any issues.

My symptoms were completely normal revving up to around 5500rpm then massive flat spot that the engine struggled to get past. This happened in all gears, if that's any help.
