has anyone sent a rear axle by courier as I have had one built and work keeps getting in way to pick up just wondering cost as need to send my old one and receive new one many thanks

Yeah I shipped one via UPS a few years back with no issues

"Shiply" can work well for this sort of thing, not always the fastest, but it's cheap.
