I fitted some First Line 205 wishbones about 1k miles ago. I have since acquired a nasty lift off steering change although I've yet to determine whether this is due to ovalled hubs or crap bushes in the wishbones. Others on here have commented that pattern wishbone bushes are crap and best replaced with proper OEM bushes - still available from Peugeot.

My view is that there can't be more than 1 or 2 people actually manufacturing pattern wishbones any more so the brand on the box probably makes little difference (happy to be proved wrong on this of course).

Haven't tried 'FAI' ones , but had a few set of 'Delphi' bones ... not bad value for the money really .

Bushes aren't as good as OE (well neither one of the aftermarket ones aren't anyway .. slap on the OE bushes and job done) , surprisingly the balljoints lasted for quite a long time on a Delphi ones , much longer than TWR bones which i had previously .

However , they're a little bit shorter than OE bones (roughly 1/1.5mm if i remember) .. so you'll probably need to re-adjust the alignment afterwards , at least i had .. it was visible to the naked eye by the steering wheel being out of center after fitting them .

'Lemforder' bones where the best of the lot which i tried so i'm usually buying them .. if i can't get them then i opt for 'Delphi' again .

FAI arms here. Done around 2000 miles and all seem well, seen a week at the nurburgring in which I used all of the road and some.

OE bushes are NLA. Sorry boys. Ive been trying to get them and they are all NLA. There are some front section bushes available but not the rear.

If you do actually know of any available I would buy them.

Ive also fitted similar wishbones with the bushes failing within 1500k. Ive now fitted poly bushes (powerflex black series) and its made a big difference.
