Can't Withdraw Gear Selector Bar

Have removed the inner and outer pins, instruction say bar can be withdrawn, unfortunately I cant, any suggestions.

sorted it, it seems that whoever put this together last time had caused a slight burr when inserting the two roll pins, this burr was enough to cause the selector rod to become very stiff, lots of force and determination got it out in the end. Still three hours for a 1 minute job...
