Clarion Issue

[erbs 42 1 Cars]

got a clarion radio

 

powered it up and all i get is a blank red screen, is there something i'm supposed to do to get the code up?

 

i.m sure from memory that once powered it will ask for the 4 digit code then once you put the code in then just goes to the radio

On a blank screen its sat there waiting for the code. If you have it input the code then it will start playing sound from the speakers.

I have now left it on for 10 minutes and it does nothing, none of the buttons work I even held in the band button, just spoke to the person who sold it to me and he is gonna refund me

 

Why say it's working when clearly does not, what a waste of time

It might require normally a store button or AS button to require holding down while you power on to reset to allow to input the code.

electrolytic caps have probably dried out in it, sooner or later they will all do it. easy fix though

 

 

of course it could just be fooked too

 

do you have to send it back?
