Brakes Pulling To Right Only When Cold With Carbone Loraine Pads

Recommended Posts

fliprio

I have recently fitted some Carbone Loraine pads, it seems from cold the car pulls to the right under braking, but once some heat is in the brakes after a couple of minutes its fine and pulls up straight.

The brakes were fine with the old pagid road pads and seemed fine on the brake rollers at the MOT with the old pads in, the only thing I had to do was to push the pistons back in a coupe of mm to get the new pads in.

I would have thought a sticky caliper would pull to the right all the time?

I have a sticky caliper on my CJ.

It only gets sticky after driving for 15 miles or so.

Does one of your wheels get abnormally hot after its been pulling for a while?

no, both wheels seems to be the same temperature side to side. It stops pulling once there is a bit of heat in the brakes which is confusing me some what

All the sliders were cleaned and regreased when I did the brakes as well
