Yes the AF Imperial work well. Needs to be diluted.

 

George's car had not been washed in over a year and the brake dust and crud was wielded on.

 

However, Hot Wheels is usually very good on it's own. Have you used something to aggitate? Toothbrush usually works well. Scrub scrub scrub.
