First one folded today, I need to check the fitment on my car then I will do some more. As usual stainless steel, I am trying to source a suitable replacement for the clip so I can supply ready to fit.

Looks good!

I had to remove and refit this recently when I removed my rack to overhaul it. I actually debated on refitting it as it was pretty rusty, but figured it was better than nothing. A new stainless one would be much better!

Test fitted to my car, I'm pleased with this it looks good and fits well. Bit awkward to photograph in situ but you can't have everything!

Ha, not really, I just do bits I want for my car really, well apart from those that go in the "too difficult" file of which there are a few!

Great stuff, i've just had mine off too, REAL bloody fiddly thing it is in that tight space.

Tom can you do one to cover the steering UJ?

I know it sounds a bit daft but my turbo is about 1 inch from mine and i've just replaced it, it was extremely stiff from the heat it's been soaked with over the last year.

There are loads of things on 205's that go missing over the years. Common MIA items include the rear boot floor heatshield that corrodes around the mounting nut and falls off, and pretty much always gone are the wishbone balljoint protectors that get slung in the bin by most mechanics when changing a wishbone!
