Rebuilt Rear Beam 6 Years Ago.

Hello all, just a quickly, I have had my 205 off the road now for about 6 years now. It's been parked in my garage and I'm just about to get it out ready for its mot. I rebuilt my 309 beam ran it a year then garaged it. All I'm wanting to know is would the rubber arb seals, and the trailing arm seals and others perished over time. They were brand new genuine ones etc. Also put a new cam belt on my mi16 engine too. Would this be ok to use aswell straight from the garage? Can't wait to get it on the road after 6 years or so. Regards Danny Ps I assume it should be ok.

so the belt and the beam seals are 6 years old? I would replace the lot, cost isn't great compared to the potential damage.

lifespan of belts is 5 years.

Yeah they are, but they havn't been use. Only from starting it up etc. They were only a year old when it was put in the garage. Hmm
