A Little Help Identifying This Arb And Price Please

Recommended Posts

ANDYGON

Hi all. When I brought my car a while back it came with this and a set of new shocks for the rear.

Due to having a fresh beam fitted now it is now not needed.

Can anyone help confirm it is a 23mm ARB for a 1.9 rear beam?

Also how much is reasonable to expect for it?

Also thanks to Rallyeash who yesterday identified it as an anti roll bar in the first place.

I really am a beginner at beams. :-)

Many thanks!

Andy

Have you checked its length? It will not fit both 205 and 309 beams, also check the spline count, see if it needs 205 or 306 end plates.

Certainly not worth the b.I.n price

That's great thanks.

Any ideas on compatability with other beams? Is this normally an upgrade from the standard 1.9 ARB?

Just thinking of best ways to advertise it. Not being greedy or owt, just want it to go to a good home rather than It sit in my garage wasting away.

Direct fit to a 306 or Xsara beam. Could be cut down and end plate welded to suit a 205 or 309. Worth about £20.

Nice one. Thanks for the help!

Saves me mis selling anything. Although hardly worth selling for £20 really!

it'll save someone spending £120 on a direct fit arb.
