dobboy 231 2 Cars Posted June 23, 2014 Am i right in saying the door handles on a Ph1/1.5 started off life (near) black coloured? I know they could be done the same colour as the arches etc, and that would make sense, but they could also be done to tie in with the mirrors and door pillar. My CJ's handles have faded and are not far off the colour of the front of my GTI handles, yet the CJ is Ph2. Anyone got a marketing brochure for the early models that they could check for me?
