Top Mounting Plate

I've got the front struts off my car at the moment. The top mount plates are a bit rusty, but I'm not sure what colour to do them in - black? Grey? Silver?

 

Any suggestions or pics appreciated.

Std Peugeot ones come in black, they look fine to me!

Had mine zinc plated in a dull silver. They were a very similar finish when I took them off the car originally.

Had mine plated the same as all my other parts, not totally sure mind you.....

 

 

 

 

 

BTW - there is a complete strut kit available from Peugeot, which I thought was quite reasonably priced
