Craig01 9 1 Cars Posted June 11, 2014 I had a new tailgate fitted to my GTI a few years ago, I was never happy with the work done to it, the paintwork was very poor with drips/sanding marks and it's now rusting. Really lets what is otherwise a mint car down. I'm now ready to sort it and I assume it might actually be easier to just obtain another tailgate rather than trying to sort the one I've got.
